Description
In this four-session small group Bible study, Andy Stanley shows you how to take authentic responsibility for the things in your life. Both the Participant Guide and the DVD are included in this pack.
RESPONSIBILITIES. We all have them. But we don’t all take them as seriously as we ought to. Wouldn’t it be great, though, if we all took responsibility for the things we are responsible for? Wouldn’t it be great if you took responsibility for everything you’re responsible for? It’s time to stop the finger-pointing and excuse-making and to remove the “ir” in irresponsible.
In this four-session small group Bible study, Stanley tells us it’s time to ask ourselves, “Am I REALLY taking responsibility for my life?”
This Participant Guide is filled with helpful discussion starters, video overviews, a helpful Leader’s Guide and much more. It’s designed to be used with the companion Taking Responsibility for Your Life DVD (both included in this pack). When used together they provide a powerful catalyst for spiritual growth.

Our group enjoyed the study. Andy approaches it from the inverse: If you are irresponsible, then others have to pick up your responsibility. He also discusses reaping and sowing, and fairness (or lack of it). Andy is good at shining the lens on an issue from a different angle. The study gets you to think, as did our group. Andy uses Genesis, Galatians, Joshua and Matthew to make his points in each of the four sessions. Not what we expected and it was great!

This DVD series confronts each person with tough questions that challenge understanding of God’s principle of being accountable for yourself. It is a great for a small group study and prompted much discussion. Andy has a way to present the material that stays with you and causes you to examine your life and prompts changes in your attitude.

What a great study for youth and adult small groups. It has a no bars hold about the responsible we all need to take for yourselves. How when we don’t, it effect not only us but everyone connected to us. Thank you, Andy Stanley for a eye opening experience.
